Description

Every document here is an item that carries its own data. An ID card, a firearms license or a driving license holds the character information as metadata, stored within the item itself. That is what makes handing one over work: the player who uses the card sees your details and the photo taken for it, which is the point of asking for papers at all.

The job office is where documents come from. A player changes job there, takes a photo, and collects the ID card, licenses and driving permits that follow. The built in photo system stores the captured image on Discord and saves it in the database as a link, which is what puts a real face on the card another player is handed.

Citizen ID numbers are generated automatically, and the config decides the prefix and how many characters each number holds. A /businesscard command works as a name tag you show on purpose, listing your name, job position and rank. The design is not locked down either, because a PSD ships with the script and the whole ID card can be redrawn to suit your server.
