Who sells you the resource

Not us, in the strict sense. Every order is sold through Tebex Limited, registered in England and Wales, acting as merchant of record: Tebex takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles billing questions and refunds, under their terms, which you accept at checkout. Where those terms and these ones cover the same ground, theirs govern the transaction and ours govern the licence and the website.

Who we are

PinkFrog builds resources for FiveM servers. It is the trading name of FrogScripts Piotr Malawski, a sole trader registered in Poland under tax identification number (NIP) 8982274713. We operate this website, we are the author of the resources listed on it, and the licence you receive comes from us.

Buying, delivery and refunds

• Prices are shown in the currency Tebex selects for you and include any tax Tebex is required to charge in your country.
• Delivery is automatic and immediate: on completion, the licence lands on your Cfx.re Keymaster account, ready to drop into your resources folder. Keeping that account details correct is your side of it.
• Delivery happens at the moment of payment, which is what makes these purchases final. The licence is released to your Keymaster account immediately, and for digital content the statutory right of withdrawal expires the moment supply begins with your express consent — the consent the Tebex checkout collects before it releases anything. In practice that means a resource you have received is not returnable.
• This does not touch your rights when something is wrong. If a resource is faulty, does not work as described or is not what you paid for, your statutory remedies stand and we will fix it or see the purchase refunded.
• Refund requests go to Tebex, who process them. We help with anything technical behind the request.

Right of withdrawal — EU, EEA and UK consumers

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union, the wider EEA or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, which for digital content is the day of purchase.

Digital content carries one exception, and it applies to nearly every order here: the right ends once delivery has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose it. That consent is what the Tebex checkout asks for before it releases anything.

Because delivery here is instant, that moment arrives immediately: the licence is issued to your Cfx.re Keymaster account as the payment completes. The period therefore ends 14 days after the purchase or when supply begins, whichever comes first — and for these resources it is the second. Once the licence has been issued to you, the withdrawal right is spent.

To withdraw, tell us clearly, within the period, that you are withdrawing — a ticket on our Discord is enough, and a message to Tebex works too. You may use the wording below, but you do not have to:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following resource: [name], ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. Name: [your name]. Date: [today].

Where the right applies, you get the full amount back within 14 days of us being told, by the same means you paid. Tebex, as merchant of record, issues the refund.

Consumers elsewhere keep whatever their own law gives them; if your country grants a longer or broader right, that one applies and nothing here shortens it. Separately from withdrawal, if a resource is faulty or not as described, your statutory remedies stand and we will fix it.

Your licence

A purchase gives you a licence to use the resource, not ownership of it. The licence is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and worldwide, and it lasts as long as you comply with these terms.

You may:

• Install and run the resource on the server or servers your purchase covers.
• Configure it, and adapt any part left open for configuration, for your own use.
• Keep private backups.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, lease, share or publish the resource, in whole or in part, paid or free.
• Remove or bypass the Cfx.re escrow, licence checks or any authorship notice.
• Decompile or reverse engineer protected parts, except where local law expressly permits it and only within that permission.
• Pass your copy to another server owner instead of them buying their own.
• Present the resource, or anything derived from it, as your own work.

Serious or repeated breach ends the licence. That does not stop us from claiming any other remedy the law gives us, and it does not entitle you to a refund.

A refund ends the licence with it. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, whatever the reason, the licence it paid for stops at the same moment: the resource has to come off every server it was installed on, and any copy of it deleted. Keeping it running is using it without a licence, and that is true whether or not the files themselves are protected — some of our resources are open by design, and that openness is a convenience for licensees, not a transfer of rights.

Support and updates

Support runs through our Discord server. We fix faults in what we sold you and publish updates when we have them. We do not promise custom development, compatibility with every third-party resource, or that a given feature will exist forever: FiveM, its frameworks and its APIs change, and a resource can be affected by changes we do not control.

The Discord discount

The discount offered for joining our Discord is a courtesy, not a contractual term. One code per person, not to be combined with itself, valid while the offer stands. We may change or end it at any time, and we may withhold or void a code where it has been obtained through duplicate or automated accounts.

Using this website

You may browse, buy and read anything published here. You may not attack the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, break into areas that are not yours, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful material. Automated access that respects our robots file and does not overload the site is fine.

Everything on this site — the code, the artwork, the copy, the branding and the product images — belongs to PinkFrog or to whoever licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright. The Tebex name and marks belong to Tebex Limited; the Cfx.re and FiveM names belong to Cfx.re. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cfx.re or Rockstar Games.

Availability

We aim to keep the store up, and we do not promise it never goes down. Maintenance, an outage at Tebex, Discord, Cfx.re or Cloudflare, or anything else outside our control can interrupt it. The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

Liability

We are responsible for loss we caused that was a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost players, lost server revenue or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the resource the claim concerns.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you. If you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this section says.

Changes

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top moves with them, and the terms in force when you buy are the ones that apply to that purchase.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our seat. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Terms covering the payment itself are Tebex's, and carry their own governing law.
